Maintenance
We paint, punch (repair any maintenance issues), clean or replace carpet/planks, and clean the apartment.
For your conveinence we have on-site maintenance during office hours and 24 hour emergency maintenance.
No, you do not need to be present for us to complete a work order. If you would like to be present, please make sure you notify us.
You can either call the leasing office or go online and put a work order for the things that need repair. We prefer that you log into the RentCafé Portal and enter your maintenance request. You can also contact the Leasing Office via telephone and we will write up a work order.
You can call Emergency Maintenance if its after hours and if it's during office hours you can stop by the office and we will let you use your key but you have to return it. You may call the Leasing Office during business hours or Emergency Maintenance after business hours. We will need to verify your identity and that you are an authorized leaseholder or occupant. You will be charged a fee for this service.
Amenities
We have a pool, tennis court, onsite laundry facilities in each building, and washer and dryers in select units.
We offer open parking, and carports to rent for a fee. Contact leasing office for prices.
The pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Hours vary and are weather permitting.
The Lodge is a pet friendly community. However we do have weight and breed restrictions along with additional fees. We will make reasonable accommodations for assistance animals.
Stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher come standard in our units.
No, however we do have a sister property, Pickwick Farms, that offers furnished apartments in the Indianapolis area.

24-72 hours, however can take longer depending on when verifications are received back.
No, the minimum term we offer is six months.
We require 2.5x the monthly rental amount.
Yes, we require all residents to provide proof of renter's insurance upon move-in. We require $300,000 in personal liability coverage.
Our internet and cable providers are Xfinity or AT&T U-verse, satellite dishes are prohibitted.
Water and sewage are included in rent. October-April only: $50 per month gas fee for 1 bedroom and $70 per month for 2 bedroom units. $25 per month trash fee.
You can call IPL directly for electric, gas is billed from October through April.
Online (through our RentCafé App), money order, debit or credit card (in the office in person). The preferred method of payment is through RentCafé, which accepts both ACH or credit/debit card. We also accept check, credit/debit, or money order in the leasing office.
Yes, however we require a 60 day notice and there is an early termination fee.
Location/Directions
No, however Uber, Lyft, and taxis do service the area.
We are located in the Washington Township School District that includes Clearwater Elementary, Eastwood Middle School, and North Central High School.
From I-465 Northbound (East Side of Indianapolis):

Take the 56th St. exit and turn left (west) onto 56th St.

Continue for 2.3 miles, then turn left (south) onto Emerson Way.

At the next traffic light, turn right onto East Fall Creek Parkway N Drive.

Drive 1–2 miles. The Lodge will be on your right, just past Fallwood Apartments and Delmar Rd., but before 46th St.
